I have already purchased the handwriting recognition add-on "mazec" in MetaMoJi Note. Do I have to buy the add-on for Share Anytime again?

No, you can use "mazec" which you have already purchased. 

To use the handwriting add-on with MetaMoJi Share, you need to sign up to the MetaMoJi Cloud on both MetaMoJi Note and MetaMoJi Share.

In addition, there are a couple of limitations as follows:
  1. You can use the add-on with up to 10 devices on the same OS.
  2. If you unlink from the Digital Cabinet service or delete the account, you won't be able to use the add-on.
